ÉZÉKIEL 11 : 22-23-24-25 ***

22 ¶  Les chérubins déployèrent leurs ailes, accompagnés des roues ; et la gloire du Dieu d’Israël était sur eux, en haut.

23  La gloire de l’Eternel s’éleva du milieu de la ville, et elle se plaça sur la montagne qui est à l’orient de la ville.

24  L’esprit m’enleva, et me transporta en Chaldée auprès des captifs, en vision par l’esprit de Dieu ; et la vision que j’avais eue disparut au-dessus de moi.

25  Je dis aux captifs toutes les paroles de l’Eternel, qu’il m’avait révélées.

la montagne qui est à l’orient. La gloire de Dieu prit la direction du mont des Oliviers, l’endroit où le Fils de Dieu reviendra en gloire, lors de sa seconde venue (cf. #Ez 43:1-5 ; #Za 14:4).

11:24

me transporta …  en vision. De nouveau, Ezéchiel resta physiquement chez lui, comme pouvaient en attester ses visiteurs (v. #Ez 11:25 ; #Ez 8:1). Dieu, qui lui avait surnaturellement montré une vision de Jérusalem, le fit revenir, dans sa conscience, en Chaldée, mettant ainsi un terme à la vision. Ezéchiel fut alors en mesure de raconter à ses concitoyens exilés ce que Dieu lui avait montré (v. #Ez 11:25).

¶ 22 The cherubim lifted up their wings , and the wheels , and the glory of the God of Israel was over them above .
23 The glory of the LORD went up from the midst of the city, and stood upon the mountain which is on the east side of the city.
24 The Spirit lifted me up and brought me into Chaldea, to them of the captivity , a vision by the Spirit of God and the vision I had seen went over me .
25 I say to the captives all the words of the LORD , which he had revealed to me .

the mountain which is on the east . The glory of God took the direction of the Mount of Olives, where the Son of God will return in glory at His second coming (cf. Ez 43:1-5 # , # Zec 14:4 ) .
11:24
carried me ... vision . Again, Ezekiel remained physically in him, as could attest to its visitors (see # Ez 11:25 ; # Ez 8:1). God had supernaturally showed him a vision of Jerusalem, brought him back in his consciousness , Chaldea , thus putting an end to the vision. Ezekiel was then able to tell his fellow exiles that God had shown him (v. # Ez 11:25) .
